1. Due to the high number of applications, the co-op will not acknowledge receipt of applications or respond to emails regarding application or waitlist status. Only candidates being actively considered for an upcoming vacancy will be contacted.
 
2. To ensure your application remains active, kindly update your application status by submitting a Renewal Form via mail or email to: westwoodcoop@telus.net 

3. Applicants must update their Renewal Forms every six months and are responsible for tracking and remembering to do so. No reminders will be sent, and applications older than six months will be discarded.

4. We are a non-smoking, drug-free co-op.

5. One parking spot per unit.
